With over 20 years in our respective fields, we decided to launch our own business and put our complementary skills to work with each other.

 

Tom worked his way up to Project Manager over 21 years spent with Colby & Tobiason, becoming a point of contact for collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and employees alike as all as he managed all aspects and phases of the building process for new homes and renovations.

 

Kim holds an MBA from New England College of Business & Finance and a BS in Business Management from Champlain College and is a business professional with a diverse background, including personal and commercial banking, insurance, management, human resources, and IT.
